ReadyDMV is a static practice-test site. We designed it to need as little of your information as possible.

What we collect

• No accounts. There is no sign-up, login, or user profile on this site, and we never ask for your name, license number, or other personal documents.
• Practice data stays in your browser. Your answers, scores, and progress are processed entirely on your device by the page scripts. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.
• Basic server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request logs (page requested, time, browser type, and IP address) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to build profiles of individual visitors.
• Email you send us. If you contact us, we keep the message so we can reply and fix reported errors. We do not sell or share it.

Advertising and cookies

This site may display advertising served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Those networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including interest-based ads, under their own privacy policies. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad personalization in your ad network account settings. The practice tests work the same whether or not ads are shown.

Third-party links

Pages link to official state agency sites and handbooks. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Children

Many visitors are new drivers under 18 preparing for a permit test. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age, through this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact page.
